the paper Measurement methodology of TCP performance bottlenecks — 2015 look like same, but in fact not.
but the paper i find is have simple formula such as Measurement methodology of TCP performance bottlenecks — 2015's equation 2. I remmber the paper have a table list the formula so that tell which case have what bottlenecks.
